Updating the Boob Light for less than $50!

When we first moved into our home, every ceiling light fixture in the house was a boob light. In every room, hallway, and bathroom, a boob light had been installed. You know the one, the dreaded boob light. They are super cheap and have been around for years but that sure doesn't make them pretty!

I pretty much knew that I would have replace every light fixture in our home once we moved in. Slowly but surely, we have replaced about 85% of them. It's amazing what updating your fixtures can do for a space. Suddenly the room feels fresh and new and adds instant character to the room.

If you have an unsightly light fixture in your home too, updating doesn't mean that it has to cost you a lot of money. I've rounded up some of my favorite boob light replacements - all under $50.

It’s no wonder that lighting is considered the “jewelry of the home!” With a simple update, you can completely change the style and feel of your home. As you can see from the options above, it doesn’t have to cost you a lot of money either! If you are feeling like your home is in need of an update, but you don’t know where to start, updating the lighting is a great choice that you won’t regret.
