Roundup: Fall Faux Stems + Styling Tips
I hope you are all having a great week! Ours is off to a great start after a rough weekend of sick kiddos. Everyone is healthy and back to school now, thankfully!
Today I thought it would be useful to share one of my favorite ways to decorate for fall, using faux stems. Living in Florida, our leaves don’t really starting changing colors or looking ‘fall like’ until much later in the year, so my favorite way to bring some fall into my home is by using quality faux stems.
Tips for making your Faux Stems Look Real
The trick to making faux stems looks real is to make sure you fluff them and to not be afraid to position and move the leaves around to make them have a more natural look.
If the leaves are a little bent in shipping, you can use a steamer to help straighten them out.
When placing stems in a clear container, don’t forget to add a little water at the bottom of the vessel.
